Dr. Rasanjalee is the Head of Academic Operations for Amrak Institute of Medical Sciences and Nurses Training School of Durdans Hospital. She Overlooks the academic quality and operations of all programs delivered through both Amrak Institute and Nurses Training School of Durdans Hospital. She is an Educationalist who has worked with tertiary level students and staff from various educational setups for over a decade. She also possesses medical industrial experiences as an Application Specialist with Bio Rad; USA and STAGO Diagnostica; France. Dr. Rasanjalee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from University of Bangalore, India. She completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Genetics from Oxford College; affiliated with University of Bangalore, India. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Young Scientists University, USA.
She has engaged in various research projects and industrial collaborations as well. Dr. Rasanjalee is actively involved in sustainable development goals national forums and held the position as the National Level Goal Convener for Quality Education at Sri Lanka- United Nations Friendship Organization during 2018-2019. Actively engaged in Women’s activities she also serves as the Chairperson for Sustainable Development Goals- Women’s Platform- Sri Lanka for the year 2019-2021.
She believes that achieving success in your career requires ongoing training and continuous learning. She emphasizes the importance of creating an authentic environment for any learner to ‘make learning happen’ in any context. Her passion towards unleashing an individual’s full potential is displayed and encouraged all throughout her career as a mentor/coach in education and career development.
