Flight Ticket
We will cover the cost of your plane ticket, transport, and accommodation for yourself. Any additional expenses for non-candidates, including family members, must be covered by you. You may book your own flight and later request reimbursement up to £700 for the cost of your ticket, which will be credited to your allocated trust.
Accommodation
We will provide one month of single-occupancy accommodation for you, which cannot be shared. During your quarantine period, we will arrange hotel accommodation for you. If you wish to include family members in the hotel booking, the additional costs will be your responsibility. Please provide the details of any family members so we can coordinate directly with the hotel for payment.

Transport
Transport services are provided solely for your travel to the quarantine facility. We are unable to accommodate additional passengers or make stops at other locations.
We will assist you in opening a UK bank account by providing the necessary support. You will be asked to provide some supporting documents, and we will ensure your account is opened on the same day for your convenience.
Your permit will be sent to you by courier within 7-10 days of receiving your Home Office approval letter, to the address provided in your application form. If you are entering the UK from overseas, you will need to collect your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) from a Post Office. The BRP must be collected within 10 days of your arrival in the UK. If you are quarantining upon arrival, you should collect it on the first working day after your quarantine period ends.

During your pastoral week, you will visit your assigned trust for the first time. During this time, you will complete the necessary paperwork, receive a £50 cash advance, and arrange for a salary advance until your first payment is processed. You will also be measured for your uniform, attend your occupational health appointment, and receive a tour of the site.
You will meet with a member of the fellowship team to review the local area, transportation options, your schedule for the coming weeks, and the process for opening a bank account. There will also be time for any questions you may have.
